Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. package. cream cheese
  • 1 cup. butter or margarine
  • soften and cream together.
  • add : 2 cups flour and chill at least 1 hour but preferably overnight.

Directions:

  3. 2 eggs
  4. 2 c. brown sugar
  5. 6 Tbsps. butter or margarine
  6. 2 tsps. vanilla
  7. 1 1/2 x. chopped pecans
  8. Line muffin tins with pastry.
  9. Fill 1/2 to 3/4 full of pecan filling.
  10. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
