8 oz. pkg. cream cheese |
1 c. butter or margarine |
soften and cream together. |
add: 2 cups flour and chill at least one hour but preferably overnight. |
Directions:
1. Filling: 2. Combine: 3. 2 eggs 4. 2 c. brown sugar 5. 6 Tbsps. butter or margarine 6. 2 tsps. vanilla 7. 1 1/2 x. chopped pecans 8. Line muffin tins with pastry. 9. Fill 1/2 to 3/4 full of pecan filling. 10. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. |
