Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups finely chopped pecans

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and powdered sugar together.
  2. Add vanilla.
  3. Add flour, salt, and pecans.
  4. Blend well.
  5. Chill.
  6. Shape into small balls.
  7. Bake 300 for 12 - 15 minutes.
  8. Roll in powder sugar while still warm.
