Peanut Butter and Oatmeal Biggies

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar , packed
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 1/2 cups regular oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 cups raisins

Directions:

  1. Grease cookie sheets -
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and butter - mix 30 seconds at medium speed.
  3. Add sugars and beat till fluffy -
  4. Add egg and vanilla and beat well.
  5. Beat in dry ingredients.with wooden spoon - stir in oatmeal and raisins.
  6. Drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls onto cookie sheet - 3 apart -
  7. Press into 4 circles -
  8. Bake at 375* for 10 minutes.
  9. Cool on wire rack.
