Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp tarragon
  • 1 tsp onion salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Directions:

  1. Blend the ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Rub the cut of meat all over with this blend and allow to sit for just a few minutes prior to grilling or roasting.
