Pasta With Cilantro, Peas, and Smoked Salmon

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until just tender but still firm to bite.
  2. Meanwhile, in food processor or blender blend garlic, jalapenos, and cilantro.
  3. Add whipping cream and blend until thick.
  4. Add lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
  5. When pasta is firm, add peas and cook for 2 minutes (do not cook if using frozen).
  6. Drain pasta and peas and return to same pot.
  7. Mix in sauce and thawed frozen peas.
  8. Add salmon and chives.
