Parmesan Zucchini Oven Slices

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut zucchini into 1/2 slices
  2. In large bowl, mix: Parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, paprika, parsley, garlic powder, flakes and salt. Add bread crumbs.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs.
  4. Dip zucchini slices in egg, then bread crumb mixture and pat to cover
  5. Place on non stick cookie sheet (Spray if you like)
  6. Drizzle Olive oil over slices
  7. Bake at 350 15-20 minutes or till tender.
  8. Remove
