Oven Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs baking potatoes (about 4)
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Peel potatoes and cut into large chunks.
  2. Place in a shallow 2 quart baking pan.
  3. Pour butter over and toss until well coated.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees,for 45-60 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
