Ingredients:
2 lbs baking potatoes (about 4) |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
2 teaspoons paprika |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. peel potatoes and cut into large chunks. 2. place in a shallow 2 quart baking pan. 3. pour butter over and toss until well coated. 4. sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper. 5. bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees,for 45-60 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. |
