Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs oranges
  • 7 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Finely grate orange peel and set aside. Remove remaining pith and

  3. In a large saucepan cook orange flesh and water over low heat for 30
  4. Minutes. Remove from heat. Measure 5 cups pulp. Add water if necessary

  11. Ladle into prepared jars leaving a 1/4 headspace. Process jars for 10 minutes in a boiling water bath. Adjust time according to your altitude.
