Orange Coffee Jello

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare 1 1/2 cups strong coffee.
  2. Sweeten brewed coffee to taste, then add vanilla and orange essence.
  3. Dissolve gelatine according to package directions.
  4. Combine dissolved gelatine and coffe.
  5. Fill two cups or glasses with jello mixture, let cool.
  6. Chill for at least two hours.
  7. To serve, whip cream and top each serving with half of the whipped cream.
  8. Sprinkle with cocoa (you can also use some chopped dark chocolate).
  9. Enjoy!
