Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place carrots into a jelly mold, or pretty serving dish, and gently spread out so the top is fairly even.
  2. Pour jello over the carrots, and refridgerate til set.
  3. Turn out onto serving dish, and serve with BBQ meats.
