Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients; toss to coat. Place on a double thickness of heavy-duty foil (about 18 in. square). Fold foil around onion mixture and seal tightly.
  2. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 20-25 minutes or until onions are tender, turning once. Open foil carefully to allow steam to escape. Yield: 6 servings.
