Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 large egg fork beaten
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese ( cheddar , swiss etc )

Directions:

  1. Saute onions in butter till soft and tender and cool.
  2. Make a dough from baking mix, and milk.
  3. Mix sour cream, salt, and egg together
  4. Spread dough onto a greased 9 x 13 baking dish
  5. Top with the onions
  6. Spread on the sour cream mixture.
  7. Sprinkle top with the cheese
  8. Bake preheated 350F oven about 25 or set and tested done.
  9. Cut into pieces to serve
