Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients.
  2. Add remaining ingredients except for onions, and mix well.
  3. Stir onions into batter.
  4. Using heat resistant metal tongs to place onion stacks into hot oil.
  5. Cook 3 minutes or until done.
