If you love onion rings, you will enjoy these. Easier and quicker then traditional onion rings. Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1/4 cup cornstarch |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon seasoning salt |
3/4 cup flat beer |
2 eggs, lightly beaten |
1 large onion, cut into slivers |
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients. 2. Add remaining ingredients except for onions, and mix well. 3. Stir onions into batter. 4. Using heat resistant metal tongs to place onion stacks into hot oil. 5. Cook 3 minutes or until done. |
