Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, heat oil and add garlic and onions. Cook until tender.
  2. Add ground beef and mushrooms and cook through.
  3. Add 6 cups water and bring to boil.
  4. Add macaroni, stir well.
  5. Cook until macaroni is tender and water is absorbed. Stirring often.
  6. Add canned corn and tomatoes.
  7. Add seasonings.
  8. Stir well and cook until heated through.
