One of Malaysia's Easy Version of Nasi Lemak

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice
  • 3 screwpine leaves (daun pandan)

Directions:

  1. Clean rice and drain.
  2. Cook rice in coconut milk with screw pine leaves. Add in salt.
  3. If desired, add in some sliced shallots and ginger.
  4. Cook in rice cooker or till fully absorbed.
