Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Using a nonstick spray, spray a 9x13 glass baking dish.
  3. Arrange pork chops in the bottom.
  4. Next add the sliced potatoes (drained).
  5. Add sliced mushrooms (drained).
  6. Mix the cream of mushroom soups with the sour cream and pour over the sliced mushrooms.
  7. Add the crushed crackers on top. Dollop on the butter.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes more.
  9. Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of your pork chops.
