Ingredients:

  • 1 pint sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • raisins or apple slices may be added, optional

Directions:

  1. Cook noodles according to directions and drain
  2. Beat eggs with milk
  3. Add sour cream and cottage cheese to milk mixture
  4. Add sugar and cinnamon to milk/cheese mixture, mix well
  5. Combine noodles with milk/cheese mixture
  6. Add fruit if desired
  7. Pour into buttered 9 x13 baking dish, sprinkle top with cinnamon
  8. Bake 45 min at 350 degrees F. or until nicely browned.
  9. Serve warm or at room temperature.
