  2. In medium saucepan combine raisins, cranberries, sugar, cornstarch and allspice. Gradually stir in orange juice.
  3. Bring to a boil over high heat; reduce heat to low and simmer; stirring until cranberries begin to pop and mixture thickens slightly.
  4. Pour into shallow 1-1/2-quart baking dish.
  5. To prepare topping:.
  6. In small bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Mix in milk lightly with fork. Drop spoonfuls of batter over filling; sprinkle lightly with additional sugar mixed with a little cinnamon. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven about 25 minutes or until golden.
