Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place butter in ovenproof baking pan and place in oven till butter is melted(about 3 to 4 mins). Remove pan from oven,add potatoes and toss with melted butter.
  2. Return potatoes to oven and bake for 20 mins,stirring occasionally until potatoes are tender when piercesd with a knife. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
