Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat egg whites with mixer until stiff (about 10 minutes).
  3. Add sugar gradually until well mixed.
  4. Add almond extract and coconut and mix well.
  5. Drop by teaspoon on parchment lined cookie sheets.
  6. Place 1/4 piece Maraschino in center of cookie.
  7. Bake approximately 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
