Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown meat and vegetables in a skillet with the shortening.
  2. Drain off liquid.
  3. In a small bowl combine mustard, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and ketchup.
  4. Combine until well blended.
  5. Pour sauce over meat mixture and combine until all coated.
  6. Let simmer for 1 hour.
  7. Serve on onion rolls.
