Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel potatoes while warm & break into pieces with a fork
  2. Sprinkle with salad dressing
  3. Mix in onions and eggs
  4. In a small bowl mix together the mayo with everything else
  5. Add ingredients to taste, not too sweet nor too sour
  6. Gently mix into potato mixture
  7. Optional add-ons: dill pickles and/or their juice; garlic, parsley, cilantro, olives, chunks of cheddar cheese; actually: whatever you love
  8. Flavors blend nicely so salad is maybe even better the next day
  9. NOTE: the secrets are (1) rough cut of the potatoes; this allows more of the dressing flavor to soak in; (2) adding the salad dressing to the warm potatoes. This makes the whole salad way more flavorful. In fact, no matter what recipe you use for a potato salad, just make sure to use these 2 tips and it'll be even better.
