Mom's Pancakes
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions:
1. Combine wet and dry ingredients separately first and then together, using more milk if needed to obtain pancake consistency.
2. Cook on low heat.
