Mom's Pancakes Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups flour |
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
2 tablespoons sugar |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1 egg |
3/4 cup milk |
3 tablespoons butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Combine wet and dry ingredients separately first and then together, using more milk if needed to obtain pancake consistency. 2. Cook on low heat. |
