Mom's Famous Chili Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) can nalley's chili with beans
  • 12 oz brick regular velveeta cheese
  • 6 oz brick mild velveeta mexican cheese
  • 1 tbsp chili powder

Directions:

  1. First off, use boat motor like emeril or a food processor to grind the chili, after completely ground, pour into crock pot.
  2. Cut the cheese into chunks and in a large saucepan, melt the cheese over medium heat.
  3. Once the cheese is melted add to the crockpot w/ chili and mix!
  4. Add chili powder and mix again, add more for more spice!
  5. Let heat in crockpot and Let the party begin!
