Molasses Cookies - Brooke

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp molasses

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Roll into small balls and dip in sugar.
  3. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350F for 10 minutes.
