These are yummy, soft ginger snaps. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 cup sugar |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon ginger |
3/4 cup butter |
1 egg |
4 tablespoons molasses |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. 2. Roll into small balls and dip in sugar. 3. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350F for 10 minutes. |
