Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut each potato in half and then into strips.
  2. (so it looks like a potato wedge.).
  3. Place potato wedges in a baking dish and bake.
  4. For 1 hour in a 375 degree oven.
  5. When potatoes are ready,sprinkle cheese and.
  6. Bacon on top,bake in oven until cheese is melted.
  7. Let cool and top with a dollop on sour cream.
  8. On each serving!
  9. Serve and enjoy!
