Mitch's Four-Star Cheddar Loaf

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 3/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper (optional)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Mix all together in a large bowl. Pack into a loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
