Microwave Version of Twice Baked Potatoes With Cheese and Bacon

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter or 2 tbsp margarine
  • 4 1/8 cups milk
  • 4 slices cheese
  • 1 -4 slice bacon

Directions:

  1. Poke holes in the potatoes
  2. Put in microwave for 10 minutes, turn over half way.
  3. Let cool for 10 minutes.
  4. Take the inside of potatoes out of the potatoes.
  5. Put the inside of potatoes in a bowl.
  6. Then add the butter, and milk.
  7. Then put the stuff in the bowl in the potatoes outsides.
  8. Add the cheese and bacon bits (cook for 5 or so minutes) on top.
  9. Put the potatoes in the microwave for about 5 minutes.
