Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350d
  2. Brown ground beef and add in water and seasonings. Cook until seasonings are absorbed.
  3. Cover the bottom of an 9x13 casserole dish with a thin layer of tomatoes
  4. Layer in the following order: tortillas, ground beef ,beans, tomatoes, shredded cheese.
  5. Continue layers until the dish is filled.
  6. Bake at 350d for 20-30 minutes (until cheese is melted).
  7. Garnish with sour cream and shredded lettuce or serve with Spanish Rice as you would like.
