Megan's Mom's Casserole in a Pumpkin Shell

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Take a pumpkin (sugar ones are the best).
  3. Cut top off; clean top and set it aside (do not cook top).
  4. Clean out pumpkin.
  5. Brown ground meat; beef, pork, turkey, or ostrich.
  6. Brown onions; sauté zucchini and mushrooms.
  7. Add cooked rice to skillet; mix.
  8. Add 3 cans of mushroom soup.
  9. Add salt, pepper, sage, marjoram and rosemary; mix.
  10. Scoop mixture into pumpkin. Place in turkey roaster. Bake until mixture bubbles.
  11. Slice and scoop.
