Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 heaping tsp of baking powder
  • scant 1/2 tsp. crazy jane's mixed-up salt
  • 1/4 tsp. crazy jane's mixed-up pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup skim milk

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients gently in a bowl, just until mixed.
  2. Roll out on a floured board and cut into biscuits.
  3. Spray a pan with baking spray, or lightly oil it.
  4. Place the biscuits on the pan and bake in a 450 degree oven 10-12 minutes.
  5. You can also pour the batter into a square glass pan, bake it, and then slice it to serve.
