Ingredients:

  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix eggs, buttermilk and oatmeal.
  2. Add other dry ingredients.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup on lightly greased griddle.
