Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp diced pimentos

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Store covered in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.
  3. Keeps indefinitely in refrigerator.
