I HATE SAUERKRAUT!!! I really cannot stand it. But I love this salad!
Ingredients:
1 large can sauerkraut (rinsed, drained and cut in 1” pieces)
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced pepper
1/4 cup diced onion
3 tbls vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp celery seed
3 tbls diced pimentos
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well.
2. Store covered in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.
3. Keeps indefinitely in refrigerator.
