Ingredients:

  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 1 slice onion
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp paprika

Directions:

  1. Scald the milk with the onion slice; remove onion and add remaining ingredients.
  2. Heat to boiling (taking care not to scorch milk) and serve immediately.
