Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 flour
  • 7 oz coconut

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Beat egg whites on medium speed until stiff.
  3. Mix egg whites, sugar, salt and vanilla.
  4. Add flour and mix.
  5. Add coconut and mix well.
  6. Drop by spoonsful unto a baking sheet lined with foil and bake until browned, (12-15) minutes.
