I haven't made these yet but I have tasted them. =) These are really good! According to Harriette, egg whites should be room temp and watch these closely when cooking. Ingredients:
2 egg whites |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 dash salt |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/4 flour |
7 ounces coconut |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Beat egg whites on medium speed until stiff. 3. Mix egg whites, sugar, salt and vanilla. 4. Add flour and mix. 5. Add coconut and mix well. 6. Drop by spoonsful unto a baking sheet lined with foil and bake until browned, (12-15) minutes. |
