Low Fat Spinach Turkey Burgers

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix the turkey, spinach and cucumber up in a large bowl.
  2. Add all spices as per your personnel taste.
  3. Mix well, then divide into 4 equal shares.
  4. Make patties from each one being careful to flatten out to 1/2 or less thickness.
  5. Grill on medium heat.
