Low Fat Pineapple Bean Pizza

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. PREHEAT oven 200°C.
  2. Line flat tray with foil.
  3. In bowl, mash beans until smooth.
  4. Cut pinapple pieces in half NOTE: Find pieces lay better on pizza.
  5. Spread mashed beans onto Lebanese bread, top with pineapple pieces and feta.
  6. Bake about 15 minutes until feta browns.
  7. NOTE: Can use mashed canned Heinz beans, kidney beans or chickpeas as well as other toppings like jarred red pepper, capsicum.
  8. Enjoy!
  9. NOTE: I use pizza cutter and cut into 4 pieces.
