London Fog (My Low-Cost, Low-Fat Version)

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp earl grey tea ( aka , 1 tea bag, recommend twinnings earl grey)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (or to taste)
  • 3 tbsp skim milk

Directions:

  1. Place tea bag in a measuring cup and add boiling water, steep for at least 3min.
  2. In your favourite mug, mix together honey, vanilla & milk.
  3. Heat in microwave for 30 seconds.
  4. Remove bag from tea and pour in your mug with the heated milk.
  5. Stir. (If you have one of those mini frothers, froth the milk before adding the tea even better :-).
  6. Enjoy. Careful, it's hot!
