Lime and Ginger Pork

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 12 oz pork

Directions:

  1. Create a marinade with first 5 ingredients.
  2. Marinade pork for 30 minutes
  3. Brown pork in a pre-heated skillet, pour marinade over pork and bring to a simmer. Cover and reduce heat.
  4. Simmer for 6-8 minutes until the pork is done.
  5. Remove pork and boil marinade for 30 to 40 seconds.
