Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup soya sauce
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 1/2-4 lbs roast

Directions:

  1. Mix soya sauce, lime juice, honey, oil, ginger, garlic and chilies.
  2. Blend well.
  3. Put pork roast in a zip lock bag and add marinate.
  4. Refrigerate overnight and turn occasioally.
  5. 400 oven.
  6. Grease a shallow roasting pan Roast pork uncovered for 15 mins.
  7. Reduce to 350.
  8. Interior temperature should reach 170 f.
