Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cups lentils
  • 1/5 tsp oil
  • 2/5 tsp garlic
  • 1/5 tsp curry powder
  • 3/5 tsp salt
  • 1/5 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Wash lentils
  2. Sautee garlic and lentils
  3. Add 4 cups water, salt, pepper and curry powder until water evaporates
  4. Add additional 4 cups water and again let evaporate
