Ingredients:

  • 1 (106 g) box lemon pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 tbsp flour

Directions:

  1. Beat all ingredients in a large bowl for about 4 minutes or until there are no lumps.
  2. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans, bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
