Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs beaten until light
  • 1-1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 lemon rind grate rind
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Prep Time: 25 minutes
  2. Cooking Time: 30 Minutes
  3. Total Time: 55 minutes
  4. Preparation:
  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first 6 ingredients and pour into the pastry shell. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
