Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs , beaten until light
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 lemons , juice of
  • 1 lemon , zest of
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine first 6 ingredients and pour into the pastry shell.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
